Would HRT help with osteoarthritis and slow progress?
Mid 50s female with increasing hand pain over last 12 months and start of painful joints in toes.
How is it best to deal with this? Would HRT make any difference?
Paracetamol and voltarol are current treatment I use.

Youve raised an interesting question about whether HRT would make any difference to the joint pain you are currently experiencing in your hands and toes. There’s a short article on the Versus Arthritis website regarding HRT, but it talks more about using it to treat osteoporosis and prevent fractures
