Hip bursitis

Hi had a fall in sept 22. On naproxen and Co codamol( high doses) they’re not helping pain at all. Been given exercises by physio. I’m a really big lady and this is having a severe effect on my mental health. Just wanted some advice re pain relief

You have been prescribed pain relief for bursitis in your hip but it is not helping you and your mental health has also been affected by your condition. We are all being encouraged to do some form of exercise to keep our joints and muscles more flexible and mobile. So give yourself a few minutes once or twice a day to try the exercises the physio gave you or try the online videos mentioned above . It often helps to have a person online to follow , a lot of our members find them really helpful and fun.
