Hello- I’m Christine

looking for help and tips from you lovely people

have Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and a replacement hip and knee

just started move with Leon - I enjoyed it

    Hi Christine

    I have RA and had a replacement hip two years ago. I too think the Let's Move with Leon videos are great. I think because they have two or three people you can choose whose ability you match and work with that. Some exercise videos have a super fit presenter who can put you off just because they are ... super fit. Those of us with aches and pains and some days poor mobility need someone we can relate to and Leon's mum was/is really good for me.

    What have you found the best?
