Managing pain
Hi, I have had arthritis in both knees for several years and have had one knee replacement. I have now been diagnosed with arthritis of spine and I find this pain more in are able. The pains in my neck, shoulders and around my ears is awadul at times but have been told by physiotherapist that medication will not help just exercise to build up the muscles. All I am taking is paracetamol. Any other advice please?
