Hello I'm new
Hi everyone, I'm new here, I'm 51 and first got diagnosed with osteoarthritis in 2017 in my right shoulder along with a rotator cuff injury since then I've been diagnosed with having it in my left shoulder neck and both ankles, and just recently in both knees, I'm on gabapentin and codeine, but am really struggling especially with my knees, just wanted to introduce myself x
