Hello everyone, I am waiting on a hip replacement like many of you. I have been very fortunate to have had good health up to my diagnosis, a keen Munro Bagger and walker sadly unable to walk around for more than ten minutes now.

I am keen to keep my fitness level as high as possible but I find my hip and knee clicks alarmingly every time I try to exercise. Am I doing more damage to my joints if I carry on ?
