Or TAs who also stand and write at board… After a blissful couple of weeks in/after school holidays my flare-ups have returned with a vengeance! I’m trying to work out the triggers. Stress probably one but thinking of particular movements. Flares in tendons in shoulders and hands.

I find picking up stacks of books and marking those books is the most awkward thing. My hands and wrists always complain if I pick up more than two books at a time. As to using a normal pen - no longer happening!

@FClayton Yeah, that could be it. I’ll make a mental note to check - or just not pick up lots at once. ‘My hands aren’t working’ is a good excuse not to tie soggy shoelaces though! Thank you.
