Any teachers out there with inflammatory arthritis?

Or TAs who also stand and write at board… After a blissful couple of weeks in/after school holidays my flare-ups have returned with a vengeance! I’m trying to work out the triggers. Stress probably one but thinking of particular movements. Flares in tendons in shoulders and hands.

I find picking up stacks of books and marking those books is the most awkward thing. My hands and wrists always complain if I pick up more than two books at a time. As to using a normal pen - no longer happening!

Especially if the owner of those shoes has just been to the toilet!
