Hi recently diagnosed with moderate to severe patellofemoral osteoarthritis in right knee , I’ve done lots of mountain walking up until October last year when this flared up, I’m guessing my hill walking days are over and I’m after any information from other keen walkers in a similar position who somehow continue to walk in the hills
