I had osteoarthritis and fibromyalga for many years it's eaten all my connective tissues so had to have lots of joint replacements now only have my right ankle that's not metal

Having a bad day so thought I come in fosome inspiration to help me through the day

Welcome to the forum, @Sandy58 . I see that you have had osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia for a number of years to the extent that you have only one natural joint left. That must be a daunting experience and small wonder that you are seeking inspiration. I think these links may be of use:
