Newly diagnosed osteoarthritis

Hello everyone, my name is Ros and I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis.

The pain is from my knee and is very debilitating and painful

please can anyone suggest anything for easing the pain.

Welcome to the versus arthritis forum. 

I note that you are recently diagnosed with OA in your knee and that you’d like advice from forum members as to how best to manage the associated pain.
