Kitchen knives!

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a brand of kitchen knives, in particular a veg prep knife? I have hunted for the OXO good grips ones, but they seem to be unavailable.

The RA in my hands is being particularly troublesome, and food prep is proving challenging.

Any suggestions welcome!

The occupational therapist I saw gave me a couple of dense styrofoam tubes that you can slide over the handle of a knife to allow more purchase when cutting.

My daughter also bought me a right angled handled serrated bread knife which had a good grip.
