Newly diagnosed
Hello, I've recently been diagnosed with OA of the big toe joint.. Its mild at the moment and isn't causing me too much pain, more discomfort if anything! The only advice my GP gave me was to wear supportive shoes! Nothing else! Does anyone have any recommendations for supplements that may help?
Also wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with mild OA and found that it hasn't progressed much over the years? U know everybody is different but just curious really. I am 28.

Hi @Tasha31,
Arthritis affects people in different ways, and for some people it can be a minor discomfort that comes and goes, for others a bit more than that. I hope yours is the former kind!
Exercise is always going to help you, though, so here’s a link for some foot and toe exercises that help you keep mobile and can also help with the pain:
Let us know how you get on,
Anna ( Mod)
