Still moving!

After pushing myself on a too-long, too rough walk a while ago, I finally tried some chair exercises. I really like them! I give my legs and my arms a little workout, but so far have not suffered increased pain afterward. I try to keep the pace up and keep it going for at least 20 minutes, and I try to do it twice a day. It has me feeling quite hopeful!

    That sounds good. I discovered chair exercises many years ago and was surprised at the amount of exercise they yielded. Go for it! And good luck☺

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
