Joint pain
Hi
Been looking at various discussions on joint pain but not sure where to get any advise. 2021 xrays showed OA to both hips with the right being worse. I have OA to right knee which was no surprise to me as i have had so much surgery namely ACL X2, PATELLA tendon rupture and removal of my cartilage. But recently over the past 6 months ive noticed joint pain to other areas such as feet, fingers, left knee and elbows. My fingers are stiff in the morning or when holding an object for some time but no swelling. My feet are painful, weak and grating.
Ive recently had a full blood test which showed no issues and still waiting to see Orthopaedic.
Not sure what more ican do any advice

Hi @Anaconda,
Thank you for posting on the forum. Sorry to hear what you're experiencing. If your GP hasn't already, they can refer you to a pain clinic and occupational therapist to get further support on ways to manage your arthritis and symptoms. Some gentle exercises and stretches may help with reducing pain and strengthening your joints. A physiotherapist can support you further with this.
Do let us know how you get on.
Best wishes,
Sharmin - Mod
