Knee pain

Hello everyone I’m in desperate need of help I’m waiting for a knee replacement it’s a combination of a tear and osteoporosis & the pain is unreal I’m on gabapentin, ipbrufon & duloxetine & the pain is out of control I just wondered if there is anything else I can try ie creams , it’s making my life so miserable

please help

I understand that you are waiting for a knee replacement and looking for pain relief. Have you tried Capsaicin cream - it is available by prescription and based on chillies. I use it on my hands and it provides me with some relief. Have a look through the following from our website.
