CBD
My daughter is an Occupational Therapist and is always looking for ways to help me especially with pain. She has been looking at CBD spray to help with pain. I was wondering if anyone has tried it, and what was the result.
I am so full of various meds that I am reluctant to add anything more in.

I did some research online and there is credible evidence that CBD can reduce inflammation, provide some pain relief and also aid sleep. If using oil, you'll get the taste of Hemp which you may not like so perhaps capsules are the way forward if you don't need instant relief as oil is absorbed more quickly because it's applied orally. I was so intrigued I ordered a month's worth of capsules to try out. I'll let you know on what results I experience (hopefully not other-worldly!).
Cheers,
Jon

I have used the 5 lives gel available on Amazon and on really bad days with my hands, I found it helps a lot
Originally I bought it for a relative with a dislocated shoulder and it really helped her too.
I havnt tried the spray, but I guess its worth a try.
