Hi everyone,

After suffering with joint issues since my teens I was finally told (aged 61) I have osteoarthritis.

I always have pain in several joints that come and go around my body. Fingers and toes. My back. My left knee being the worst offender.....my left hip catching up fast.

Recently I have a really sore b*m! When I sit down I have to do so really gingerly, as the pain is intense! It's as if I have taken a nasty fall and bruised myself. But I haven't! I am constantly shifting myself around while sitting, to relieve the constant pain. And this in turn is hurting my back.

Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Only medical advice I've been given was from a physio (doctor suggested) and he said join a gym and exercise more! That in itself isn't currently helping me sit down comfortably :(

I look forward to browsing this site :)
