Hole in shoulder

I've recently noticed a hole in the back of my shoulder. It has a bruise in it. It isn't painful, but wasn't there 3 months ago. I can put my finger into it.

I had my second cortisone injections last week as I do have arthritis in both shoulders.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

    Thank you, I'm seeing a physio on Friday, but I thought someone might have had personal experience.
