Cushions to Prevent Pressure Sores

Morning Everybody. Hope today will be a good one for you.

I'm wanting to buy a cushion. I've only ever known about the sheepskin cushions, but there are these inflatable ones. Not sure which way to buy. The inflatable ones are by far cheaper.

Any advice?
