Hi, not posted before but think my light is stuck on red. I had bad fall on ice 19th Jan 6 Fractures later and since then my hands especially left one where I sustained 2 Fractures is so bad I could cry all day, meds are as high as possible and hardly touching it. I'm 61 been suffering since I was 37.

Really sorry to hear about your fall, sounds nasty!

I would seek some support from your doctor as you shouldn't be struggling with that amount of pain, maybe they could suggest different meds, steroids injections etc. Maybe something you could explore is complimentary therapies
