cramps

Hi all I am having lots of cramps in my hands feet and legs not just at nigh during the day as well I am not taking statins I just wonder if its anything to do with my arthritis any ideas

Welcome to the online community. Sorry to hear about the cramps you're experiencing. It may be worth asking your GP to refer you to get an x-ray or imaging scan (MRI, CT or ultrasound scan) for your hands and feet to see what your joints look like. In the meantime, some gentle movements and exercises may help with reducing cramping. If you've been referred to a physiotherapist, they can support with this. You can read more in the links below.
