Fed up of not being heard

I’ve had psoriatic arthritis for three years , I’m trying to hold my job down . I’m 50 , my nurse has said I’m not excepting my diognosis!! It’s not that , I can’t afford tk give work up . On fourth lot of different treatments and even that isn’t working, please help . I’m exhausted x
