Diet and arthiritis

My osteoarthritis is quite bad at the moment and I feel its getting me down a little. My wife says I should see doctor for meds review. I take cocodamol. I am also thinking if cutting dairy out as I think it's aggravating it now. What's anyone's views on diet ?

I see that you have osteoarthritis that is troubling you more than usual. You treat the pain with co-codamol but think that diet changes may help.
