Knee replacement Timescale?

I saw the MSK specialist in December 2022 who referred me for two urgent knee replacements. I’m seeing the NHS Consultant at the end of May and am not sure if the reason for that is simply for him/her to confirm how urgently I need the first replacement and to possibly give a timescale for the wait? How long have people had to wait on average for their op, after their NHS consult? I know the pandemic has caused delays.
