Hello to all just joined today.Arthritis has caught up with me at the age of 63.Knees and right hand.Ex roofer so a lot of time spent kneeling so have to accept "that's life" but Versus Arthritis looks a great community to join..take care all ...Vin

Incidentally, our ex-neighbour was a roofer. It can be a tough job.

Thanks SW great user name...Five kids all grown up my youngest lad Shaun was 24 last week and has Downs Syndrome so he has help us understand being different (hate the word Disabled). Roofing has been the love of my life and will miss it.Scotland including Orkneys and HMS Naval base in Gibraltar just a few great memories for a normal Yorkshireman...enjoyed and a great career for any young lads...plus great views at work 🧐👍
