I have rheumatoid arthritis and am also a carer for my husband (he's had a stroke) and my 91 year old mother (she has Alzheimer's) and my Dad is currently in hospital with a split femur. I also work full time.

Any support would be greatly appreciated, as I'm finding life a little hard at the moment.

Hello @JClarke and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.

It certainly sounds like you have a lot going on at present. Have a look through the following from our website, hopefully might be of some use. However the main thing is that you are here now and among friends that you don't know yet, but will support you as best we can.
