    Hi,

    Weather here in Cardiff is cold and my joints really ache. Just got in from planting some new plants in the garden. Cheered me up, now hot cup of tea and wee bit of cake (let over from Christmas believe it or not!)

    Hope you are managing to cope. I'm looking for a new skeleton - 5' 3" and in good condition. You don't have a spare, do you?

    The VA community is really helpful if you want to share things, give advice of what helped you or just have a good old moan.
