Osteoarthritis Lower spine ??
Does anyone have osteoarthritis on the lower spine my mdoctor told me that there's nothing can be done about it . Sent me to a physio for a second opinion she checked me out ..said she would have to check my xrays...come back and said exactly the same as the doctor all she could do was change my meds for other painkillers ..

I too have lower back arthritis. The exercises my physio gave me help but there is littel else other than pain killers. Sadly you can't get a spine transplant!
Versus Arthritis have a very good booklet/on-line which should help.
Keep the exercises going but don't overdo it. A little and often is best. When you have a bad day just rest.
Good luck.
