New to community
Hi I recently got diagnosed with Osteoarthritis I am struggling with how I can help myself to get through the pain I am in .

I agree with @jonr . My gut feeling is to ask your GP or pharmacist. They can advise on what's suitable for you and any potential interactions.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I am seeing the physio every 3weeks .
I have been taking Zapain and it has helped with the pain.
I know it will be a long term thing 🥲
