Struggling with pain
Hi I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips for over 2 years now. The doctor advised cutting my working hours down. As I live alone this is not really an option. I am 63 next month and was a professional dancer in my youth. So I like to be active. Recently I have really struggled with pain and mobility which has impacted my mental health. I have self referred to my physio which is an 8 week waiting list. I guess I'm just asking if anyone in a similar situation has any information that could help me through this tricky time.
