Good Morning @Butcher a very warm welcome to the Online Community.
I see you have a recent diagnosis of DISH and have added in Parkinson's too. Your condition, Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis does not come up very often, but we do get people with it here. I have attached an old discussion which has some useful information in it and the following link which will help members who have never heard of the condition.
You mentioned wanting exercises to straighten your back. These might not do that, but are for the back and quite gentle. If in doubt you can always check with your Dr before starting them.
Finally I just wanted to say you might not find many people here with your specific condition, but everyone here does understand pain and are incredibly supportive.
My best wishes
Ellen.

Morning @Butcher
I'm sorry I don't have DISH but I just wanted to welcome you to the forum.
I had heard of the condition though in the past when other people have posted with it. It has been fairly infrequent though. Hopefully someone might spot your post who has the same.
If not, as Ellen said, everyone here is really genuinely here to help each other as well as receive help. We are all in pain so can empathise with you.
I hope you'll decide to hang about.
take care
Toni
