Newbie
I just joined today and wanted to say hello ☺️
I have OA in both hands and wrists and bilateral trigger thumb. I am recently diagnosed with arthritis and struggling with the reality of my life now. I am having aids delivered today though, thanks to my lovely OT. I also have chronic lower back pain so not a good combination as I keep dropping things and then struggle to pick them up!
I am waiting now for a work capability assessment and the budget tomorrow so it's quite a worrying time.
I hope that everyone is ok and look forward to chatting with you 😊

Hello @Sheryll and welcome to the Versus Arthritis online community.
I see from your post that you have Osteoarthritis in both hands and wrists as well as trigger thumb. You also have chronic lower back pain. Occupational therapy have been really helpful and are supplying you with aids to help.
I also noted that you are going to have a work capability assessment and wondered whether this might be of interest to you?
I look forward to seeing more of yours posts in future. Living with Arthritis tends to be one of our more popular categories.
Best wishes
Ellen.
