Hi, new to the group and recently diagnosed with Arthritis in my lower back and spine. I get a lot of pain and find it difficult to manage even though I am on meds. Any help from other people will be gladly appreciated! 😃

I understand you’ve recently been diagnosed with arthritis in your lower back and spine and even though you’re on meds, you’re still in a lot of pain and finding it difficult to manage. All of our members live with some form of arthritis and I’m sure there are some who will connect with you to give you support and suggest some ways you can help manage your condition.
