Just been diagnosed with orthopedic arthritis in both shoulders any ideas best way to sit up in bed on computer

Is it you have Osteoarthritis @sidkid ?
I hope that you are able to get out of bed and aren't in there full-time.
Prior to my daughter's shoulder replacement, at 19, she had a 'V' cushion to sleep in bed. Many here use tables like these
I don't know if it would help. My sister has something like this to sit her up. There are far posher versions available if you do a search hers was just cheap from ebay I think.
Occupational therapy might be able to advise too.
