Severe OA in both AC joints

Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both AC joints this has come as an enormous shock to me as before mid-january I had no symptoms whatsoever. At the moment I have moderate pain when raising my arms and if I overdo activities and stiffness night and morning

I would be very grateful to hear from anyone out there with personal experience of this condition who can share with me their experience as I cannot get any information from the Medical Profession

It sounds as if your diagnosis was very recent and sudden and I am not surprised that you feel shocked.
