Hello I have severe psoriases and had MRI diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis has anyone been successful in claiming disability benefits Iam injecting 25mg methotrexate weekly Iam very fatigued and have severe lower back pain hip pain and neck and right foot aches I find walking difficult and methotrexate is causing me bad side effects so may have to stop it seeing nurse next week to discuss other medications does this condition really impact your life and I feel depressed and lack of motivation to enjoy life I've been in flare up for months and feeling frustrated with it all

Hello @Flowers123 and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
I understand you have psoriatic arthritis and taking methotrexate though it is giving you bad side effects. Good that you are seeing the nurse next week and hopefully you can get some good advice about about your medication. Yes lots of us claim welfare benefits and you should absolutely give it a try there is nothing to lose is there?
