Hello I am new to the group and to RA

Hi, my name is Catriona and I live in Edinburgh

I was diagnosed with RA and have been on methotrexate since early 2022. I had to switch to the injector as the tablets made me so sick! Glad to have that side affect sorted out! We all have enough to contend with without that!

So now just to get the amount of medication right so I can just get on with living my life.

We are glad you found us and hope that you will feel included in the various discussions and activities on the community. There is a lot of information on all types of arthritic and msk conditions and a wide variety of members comments and tips on how to cope with living with arthritis.

It was good to learn that you have been able to switch to MTX injections and that they are suiting you better. As you say we all have enough to contend with dealing with the symptoms and don't want an extra one!
