Can I swim with neck osteoarthritis
Is it ok to do breaststroke if I have osteoarthritis in my neck but no pain

Hello @Julieangel and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your neck and wondering about swimming. First of all if you are in any doubt I would recommend that you contact your GP, Consultant or Physio if you have one. Other than that I would try it gently and see how you get on.

I have cervical spond @Julieangel and if i swim I do back stroke only with one of those long tubular floats.
Just a thought have you seen a physio? Might be that's you can do exercises for your neck (see Peter's link above!) and your own neck might cope.
I just know mine wouldn't.
