Chondoitrin supplement advice / stockist
I’ve been taking glucosamine sulphate and tumeric high strength for 2 - 3 months(Natures Best but struggling to find an online stockist of high strength Chondroitin .
the natures best Chondroitin version has moved to a vegan equivalent than many reviewers have reported it doesn’t work versus the original shark based version
could anyone recommend…I’ve read glucosamine doesn’t work aswell without Chondroitin
thanks in advance

Or even with it?
This is research from the eminent Johns Hopkins Medical School in USA. https://www.hopkinsarthritis.org/arthritis-news/glucosamine-andor-chondroitin-not-effective-at-reducing-radiographic-progression-of-osteoarthritis-of-the-knee/
I think Versus Arthritis does recommend turmeric but, for the rest, maybe save your money.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

That's what VA says about it above. I always say if it helps you, you can afford and your Dr is happy then it it's definitely worth a try.
I'm actually quite glad that it no longer uses animals to help us, being vegan myself, but if it helps you I really hope that you can find some which suits you better.
Let's hope someone can help better than I can.
Best of luck
