Is it the weather? Or is it me?
Hi! I have not posted much since I joined this forum.The past few weeks and months have been a rough path to walk literally. Pains in my hips,hands and knees have been particularly intense. Yes! I am guilty of "boom and bust". Both at work and at home. But that has always been my nature. Plus I don't talk about my Osteoarthritis, and how it really affects me. I should know better. Yes I am a male.

Have you read this ever? If you are really interested in weather?
I can't find the original on here though it was funded by Versus Arthritis so kosher. One of our members @airwave or is it @Airwave! took part in it.
It is difficult to pace yourself, but something we need to do. I can't talk though I am as bad as you for overdoing it especially on good days.

The funded research has turned the old wives tale into reality, weather (low pressure/bad weather and high pressure/good weather) is no longer a question mark, we can gear our arthritic lives to the weather systems and cope better knowing the bad weather will soon be clearing. Our emotional state which will follow along behind our physical state can be guarded by pre- emptying the weather.
