Not sleeping

Hi all does anyone only get pain at night like me. I work as a carer and don’t have much pain in the day but as soon as I get in bed the pain and restless legs start.I’ve tried warm baths massaging but still it goes on and I’m lucky if I get 2 solid hours of sleep!!

Welcome to the Versus Arthritis online Community. I understand from your post that you are really struggling with pain and restless legs at night in bed. This is very tough as we need to rest in order to get through the daytimes.
