Hallux Rigidus
Hi, I’m a newbie to this forum. I have a very painful hallux rigidus, can barely walk and constant pins and needles the moment I put weight on the foot. Had a cortisone injection 3 weeks ago, after about a week and a half I thought ooh it’s working a bit but another week and a half later I’m like oh was that it?Any advice welcome!
