Is there a way to download the fitness videos to my phone ?

Been going through a bad time physically & mentally since being diagnosed with RA last year, gained 2 stone from being on steroids which I'm struggling to get off, still not stabilized on meds, in a fair bit of pain daily & missing my Zumba classes which I can't manage anymore, my mental health has deteriorated drastically & feeling very low & alone 😏 or can I buy the DVD's anywhere ?any help wld be very much appreciated x

Sorry to learn that you have been having a bad time for the last year. It is a great shame to be missing your Zumba classes I know how enjoyable they can be. The Let's Move with Leon and the new V A Stretching Videos can be accessed through YouTube so you should be able to download them onto your phone.
