Knee op soon, really really anxious.

    It's normal to feel some aniety before any op. I still feel a little anxious after seven major ones. But I think the way to deal with anxiety is to name it, nail it and deal with it.

    What, exactly are you anxious about? What are you feeling might go wrong?

    Perhaps you'll feel better if you set yourself up for success ie

    Don't listen to any scare stories

    Do all prescribed exercises.

    Get your home ready for your return.

    Assume all will be well. The chances of it not being so are minimal.

    When is it? Good luck! (Not that luck will come into it😆)

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
