Hi @Galwayeire
I understand where you are coming from with this. Some day I too get stiffness in my legs and the feeling of heaviness especially when walking upstairs. Sometimes I put this down to over exercising/ being generally more active on certain days. The only way I know how to deal with this is to cut back on exercises for the next day or two. Also are you on any painkillers? I have been prescribed Naproxen taken with Omeprazole which does help a bit. Hopefully someone else on here may be able to come up with some suggestions as to help you.
Take care🙂
