Pre Op Assessment
I am having my pre op assessment at the Horder Centre tomorrow, can anyone tell me what to expect

I am so pleased you have a date for your pre-op.
This is such a good time for you to discuss your worries and any concerns you have.
Mostly they will be checking your health as in weight Blood pressure smoking status etc Some do wee tests and blood tests.
They'll be able to tell you when to stop eating/drinking and if you need to stop any of your regular meds before your op too.
They should also check who you have at home what support that sort of thing.
Each hospital/clinic is slightly different of course.

How long after pre op is surgery please?

I hope the pre op clinic nurse has been able to answer your question about when your surgery might happen. Do let us know if you have any more questions and concerns, there is lots of information on the site.
