Hello!
I've joined today with two osteoarthritic knees, don't always mind them have had them for a while and can usually cope thank goodness. Last year I was diagnosed with mid-foot osteoarthritis, a bunion joint and some osteo in my big toe and a hammer toe. It's all in one foot and I'm surprised by how much it has affected me, I'm always in some pain on my feet. I hope this group will inspire me with ideas to keep active and keep on top of this.

Hi,
You could ask your GP to refer you to an orthotist. They can make customised insoles to help. One or two on here have had them but I don't know if they're still around. However, if you look for a recent thread on 'feet' you'll find someone with similar problems. Best of luck.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your knees and feet. Our website has a lot of information on it that you may find useful. I've put a couple of links in below which I hope are of help.
