Hi my main hobby is art but since being diagnosed I find it difficult as it makes me ache. One thing I find that is much less taxing is painting rocks or stones.You can either collect stones or buy them on Amazon.On fb there are many Rock Groups. The rocks are painted and on the back is written the following’. ‘Please take a photo and post of fb in West Parley Rocks. Hide or keep!

if you look on fb in your area you will find many rock groups. So the rocks are painted and then hidden in your area, once found the finder takes a photo and reposts it on the fb page for that group. You don’t need to be an artist of paint stones, look on line for some ideas. Think of the joy that a child has when out and they find a treasure.
