Protein
I am wondering if anyone uses protein. If so which one and does it make a difference.
Thank you

Hi,
I can't see why it would help. Certainly not with rheumatoid arthritis https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/protein-implicated-rheumatoid-arthritis.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I use not protein. I cut out red meat to lose a bit of weight, around 10kg.

@Tommygun01 I would have thought protein to be more inflammatory, enabling the white cells attacking your tissues to proliferate even more. I agree with @stickywicket -Unless you are doing serious weightlifting, I can’t see your body needing the extra protein and it would just go to your “aggressor” cells. Or worse, give you gout. Your normal diet should already have all you need. Excess protein gets converted to carbs and urea which can open up a whole load of new problems.
