Good Evening Newbie Dropping In
I have had RA for a long time. The past two months I was having left knee pain and spasms. I finally received my diagnosis and it was Osteoarthritis. I almost panic but really it is a mental thing as to how I handle it. So I m dealing with it like a newborn. I figured I will exercise, do pool therapy and go from there. I m a fighter and I might need help at times too. Thank you

Hi @Srappe
Thank you for joining our online community and sharing with us.
It can initially feel overwhelming and I'm glad to hear that you've come up with ways to try and manage your arthritis and symptoms. You can ask your GP to refer you to a pain clinic for further ways to manage your pain and symptoms.
And please don't hesitate to call the Versus Arthritis helpline if you'd like to talk to an advisor about what's going on for you.
Best wishes,
Sharmin - Mod
